If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Robeys_meadow.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Robeys_meadow we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
