If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Mosaic_at_merrifield.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Mosaic_at_merrifield we can best know the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
