If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Maywood Terrace.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Maywood Terrace we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
