If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Mason Park.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Mason Park we will nail down the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
