If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Madison Mews.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Madison Mews we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
