If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Legato Corner.

The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Legato Corner we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
