If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Leehigh_village.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Leehigh_village we will nail down the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
