If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Greenbriar.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Greenbriar we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
