If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Glen_alden.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Glen_alden we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
