If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Fairfax Woods.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Fairfax Woods we can best know the market value of your home.
