If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fairfax Va Homes Sale.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment.
