If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in East_market_ii.
The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in East_market_ii we can help determine the actual value of your property.
