If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Crystal_springs.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Crystal_springs we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
