If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Country Club View.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Country Club View we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
