If your home requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Christopher_at_cedar_lks.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Christopher_at_cedar_lks we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
