If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Cedar Lakes.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Cedar Lakes we will best know the retail value of your home.
