If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Burke_junction.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Burke_junction we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
