If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Brecon_ridge.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Brecon_ridge we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
