If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Ashley_park.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Ashley_park we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
