If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Country_Club_View.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Country_Club_View we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
