If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Briars_At_Westchester.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Briars_At_Westchester we can help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
