If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Bonnie_Brae_Woods.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Bonnie_Brae_Woods we can best know the retail value of your property.
