If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Westbriar Country Club Estates.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Westbriar Country Club Estates we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
