If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Oakton_cloisters.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Oakton_cloisters we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
