If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Moidone Acres.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Moidone Acres we will best know the retail value of your home.
