If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Marquis_at_vienna_statn.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Marquis_at_vienna_statn we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
