If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Marquis_at_vienna_station.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Marquis_at_vienna_station we can best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
