If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Mains At Flint Hill.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Mains At Flint Hill we can best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
