If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Dunn Loring.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Dunn Loring we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
