If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Westbriar.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Westbriar we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
