If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Dunn_Loring_Woods.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Dunn_Loring_Woods we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
