If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in 22182_.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in 22182_ we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
