One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Rolling_valley.
The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Rolling_valley we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
