If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Ramblewood_at_daventry.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Ramblewood_at_daventry we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
