If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Keene_mill_manor.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Keene_mill_manor we will best know the actual value of your property.
