If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Hunter_village.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Hunter_village we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
