If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Townes_of_Manchester_Woods.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Townes_of_Manchester_Woods we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
