If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Keene_Mill_Village.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Keene_Mill_Village we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
