If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Cardinal_Forest.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Cardinal_Forest we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
