We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Features.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Features we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
