If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Woodwinds Two.
The property manager will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Woodwinds Two we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
