If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Vantage Hill.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Vantage Hill we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment.
