If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Shadowood.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Shadowood we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
