If your home requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Fox_mill_woods.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Fox_mill_woods we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
