If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Concord Green.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Concord Green we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
