If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Vantage_Hill.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Vantage_Hill we can best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
