If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Edgewater_At_Town_Cntr.

The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Edgewater_At_Town_Cntr we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
