If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Vistas Of Vienna Condominiums.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Vistas Of Vienna Condominiums we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
