If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Four Winds At Oakton.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Four Winds At Oakton we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
