If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Cherrywood Square.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Cherrywood Square we will nail down the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
